School Cash- myWallet option update

For years, myWallet served as a convenient, safe, and reloadable online wallet that parents used to store funds and make payments on SchoolCash Online. However, due to the increased adoption of alternative payments methods offered by school districts, KEV has made the decision to cease supporting payments using myWallet.  

We have developed a phased retirement of myWallet to accommodate parents that currently have funds in their account. Effective June 7, 2021, SchoolCash Online will no longer support adding funds into myWallet. Parents currently using myWallet accounts will be given until October 31, 2021 to use their remaining balances. After November 1, 2021, all parents with remaining balances will be refunded. We anticipate completing all refund activities before December 10, 2021.  

Parents will receive a notification when processing payments through their myWallet account that communicates its retirement and the options available to them.
